Many visitors are surprised by the skiing display, which details the humble beginnings of a major Colorado industry right here in Hot Sulphur Springs.

 

The 8,500 year old artifacts of Windy Gap, which have revolutionized archaeological thinking, are a featured display in the Pioneer Village Museum.

 

The often overlooked but vital role of women in settling the land is honored in the "Pioneer Women" exhibit.
